Home internet not working

Hi, my Optus home internet NBN line is not working for last two days. Been trying to contact the Optus team but to no avail, even can’t access to my Optus account to use the messaging option. I tried turning the modem off and on again, and the lights wifi and dsl are flashing (yellow) but I don’t get any connection. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks

We suggest messaging us on Social Media, either Facebook or Twitter. They do have a point of escalation for the following urgent enquiries:

· No Broadband connectivity (no access to the internet)

· No Mobile connectivity (can't make or receive calls)

Please note, the team won’t be able to respond right away, but they’ll be with you as soon as they can, mong20.

I don’t see it’s an acceptable suggestion as I don’t use social media media for business. It seems Optus is rather trying to exploit the situation by promoting its marketing rather than really trying to customers problems. It’s been four days without wifi at home and I am missing out my meetings and appointments.

It's simply due to the fact that we don't have access to customer accounts here on this public forum.

Alternatively, please leave Optus a message for further assistance and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

I have been trying to message from my Optus account but I can’t even access despite it shows my account id and passwords are correct, it happened not just once happened every time I tried to log in to message. It’s too frustrating as Optus has left no other options...call option not working, messaging not working, can’t provide any solution on this platform, not providing even an email address to communicate mean you are completely exploiting the situation and benefitting at our expenses. As you can show how wash our hands to stay safe amid this covid pandemic, you should also at least have a short cut option guiding us best possible way to get in touch. Not doing this means you are not even concern about our problems but your own profits.
