Why is it taking more than 2 weeks to get my broadband activated at home. I have full nbn up and running have been a customer for 4 years and have relocated. Have spoken to 5 different persons of non English speaking background who have no idea what is going on.

Sorry, your post is a little confusing as you're saying "I'm a full NBN customer and its working" with another sentence saying it's not working.
I'm guessing that your saying the old address is still active? but the new address is not?
What kind of NBN tech are you getting?
