Hello, I wish to port my previous Home Phone Number to OPTUS. I tried to port my home phone via online but there are two problems.
As i enter the DOB, it keep repeat provide DOB format.
Please provide your Date of Birth in dd/mm/yyyy format
And I can't find TPG in current Telephone Service Provider.

Can you please confirm what link you are using that is not accepting the DOB entry? Have you tried using a different browser?
In the meantime you can contact Optus directly to arrange your port across. It may be a little busy though due to COVID-19.
