Hello, I'm on ADSL2 and when doing a trace to 18.104.22.168, I have started seeing high latency to the 2nd hop (sbr2.bng.optusnet.com.au). Unfortunately this is resulting in pretty poor browsing, streaming etc.
Using speedtest.net, my download has dropped from 11Mbps to 2Mbps.

If you've spoken to our tech team on 131344 have you been provided any fault reference or PR numbers we can take a closer look at?
