High latency to sbr2.bng.optusnet.com.au

Hello, I'm on ADSL2 and when doing a trace to 8.8.8.8, I have started seeing high latency to the 2nd hop (sbr2.bng.optusnet.com.au). Unfortunately this is resulting in pretty poor browsing, streaming etc.

 

 

Using speedtest.net, my download has dropped from 11Mbps to 2Mbps.

 

 

Any thoughts would be appreciated
