I have an Optus Prepaid Broadband service, can anyone help on data usage.
My Account only shows usage details until 08/01/2018.
How do I get usage details prior to 08/01/2018?
Can usage details be downloaded instead of being printed ?
How can I obtain more details of actual usage, instead of just a summary ?
What do the codes ZERORATEDGPRS, SVOD_NETFLIX, SVOD_ABC stand for ?
If there are unexplained data charges, can they be queried ?
As far as I am aware those zero rated codes are data that you are not being charged for most likely free streamind data from Netflix and ABC.
Do you not have the My Optus app Data Insights or an internal data program on your phone that shows roughly what you have been using your data on? It's been a while since I have used prepaid but I dont believe they have a breakdown anywhere just a summary.
Edit: Sorry my mistake it's broadband so it does not have Data Insights or the internal app.
