Once you’ve unboxed the 5G modem, simply power on the device and follow the steps outlined in the quick start guide. If you are unable to find a 5G signal or encounter a problem, contact the dedicated 5G service team on 1300 101 693.
If you’ve signed up in-store, we’ll activate your service on the spot.

On top of your 5G modem are 7 signal LEDs lights:
5 signal LED’s to help you find the best position to place your modem
A centre LED to indicate 4G signal status
A 5G LED to indicate 5 signal quality
Is a technician required to install the modem?
No, we’ll send you a self-installation kit which’ll include modem setup instructions and tips for optimising your network. For a limited time, you can have your new 5G Home Broadband service professionally installed on us. After you’ve signed up, our 5G concierge team will contact you to discuss the option of a professional installation.
