General Marketing

I have logged into my Optus account and gone to PROFILE and then to GENERAL MARKETING at which time I get a message saying that there is a problem on the Optus side, and to try again later.  What's the problem, and when will it be fixed?

Been down a couple of months now.

 

Best to contact livechat and have them do it (while you're at it have them set your sms premium limit to $0.

They send a letter by snail mail but charge you if you want your bill by snail mail.  They say they will share your info with others unless you turn this off under General Marketing - but you can't becuase they have a "problem" with their system.  They charge you for extra GB's if you go over your plan and they say they can't turn this off.  Chat line can't help with anything.  Optus is on the nose, in my opinion, for corrupt business practices.
