I am also having the exact same issues over the past 6 months. I have contacted optus 6 or 7 in the last 4 months and all they have said is to reset the modem.

Hi Dan. We have been struggling with internet drop outs every 6-10 minutes the last 2 weeks. Any chance you would be able to help
