Fluctuating speeds, 0.7mbps to 40mbps consistently

Hey Team,

I have made several attempts to call recently regarding my internet service without success, my service speeds keep fluctuating to the point it is unusable and I will often switch to my mobile data to browers simple websites as a result.

I have recently had one of your technicians visit and swap out my equipment and change the TAP out in the street, but unfortunately the issue still appears to occour.

speeds are fluctuating between 0.7 to 40mbps connected directly to the modem via ethernet, while I completely understand I the service will not consistently reach 100mbps due to many factors at play, the service dropping to 0.7mbps is indicating there is still an issue with the service

Oh yikes 😞 Definitely not sounding too good! Did you have any fault ref #'s we can take a look at?

Are you finding that the speed fluctuate mostly during the evenings? Have you had a chance to run through our troubleshooting guide?

You can also chat with our Faults team directly HERE
