Fetch

hi I've just had NBN and optus broad band installed with fetch. unfortunately the old Fetch box I have is not wireless. Were the NBN unit has been installed its impossible to link in with a cable. How do I arrange a wireless fetch unit?

@Finny3088 Please message Optus Support 24/7 from the My Optus app. If you do not have access to the My Optus app you can use social media to contact Optus Support, please send a PM to Optus on  Facebook or a DM on Twitter and include in the message you do not have access to the My Optus app.

Hi Finny, the boxes are leased. There might be a fee for upgrading or Optus might supply it for free. Just request a new one (and a satchel to send the old one back in)
