Fetch

Had fetch for a while now so over having to reset the box all the time due to it dropping in and out all the time. I have tried soft reset and hard reset with no luck. Any suggestions on how to remedy this problem

Hey @Tweets67 - sounds like you may need a new one.

Can you please send me a private message confirming your mobile number, full name and DOB?

Re: Fetch

The first thing to do is rule out (or in) the power point conections. Its quite possible these are slowing you down or causing the drop outs.

Can you connect the fetch box directly to the modem for a short while and see if your issues go away?

Can you plug a laptop directly into the upstairs extender and run some speed tests from there?

As a suggestion 50m of cat6 cable is under $50 and you could always just string a line between the two. Most places its not hard to get a line under the floor or up an external wall to get wired connection elsewhere?
