The select button (paw print) is not working on my Fetch TV remote. I am currently using the Fetch app on my phone. However when I use the remote on my app to access Netflix the select button will not work to select the “who’s watching” option. All other buttons work. Is there a reason the select button won’t work for Netflix.

Hmm I'm not sure on this one sorry. I would advise getting your remote replaced if it is faulty, this can be organised with Tech Support Live Chat.
