Hi,

I would like to know what the extra charges are on my recent bill. My account number is *hidden*. My plan is unlimited. Thanks

If you've not yet spoken to our live billing team you're welcome to send us a PM with the full name, number and date of birth attached to the account so we can provide a breakdown of your invoice.
