Does anyone have any suggestions. My internet speed varies from 2.6Mbps down to zero; often 0.4 to 0.6.
I have put in a complaint and was told that my issue is due to congestion and while there is no plan to upgrade my exchange my other options are to switch to another provider (not helpful), swith to NBN (not planned in my area) or put up with it.
I am paying for a service which I am not receiving but don't know what options I have.

Hmm it is sad when the only option is to exit to another provider however I would much prefer to be told upfront than to be stalled with false promises.
I use wireless broadband and even though it is expensive the speeds are excellent. I am not sure if that would be an option for you.
