Ethernet ports suddenly not working... using an DPQ3925 maybe 2 years old.
all cables have been checked and even tried new ones.
we have had storms in nsw recently
Wifi works fine.
time for a new modem from optus?

I assume you tried a different connecting device/notebook/PC? If a fail you best bet may be to chat with Optus fault directly?
