Ive had my internet provision for over 4days now. I spent a while on the phone to optus and aint getting nowhere.
I have my new service provisioned, dsl light is on, i can confirm dial tone on the line. However my modem would not authenticate to optus. We have tried multiple passwords reset, spoke to activation team and spent the last 2 hours only for the agent to drop the call.
Can someone please kindly assist.

Is everything up and running now? If not, it sounds like your modem hasn't been provisioned/activated correctly.
