I just recently got optus cable installed. Long story short, I'm paying for the 100Mbps plan but only getting the 30Mbps plan currently. When I call about the issue, customer support tells me I do have the 100Mbps plan and puts me through tech support to address the speed issues, but tech support tells me I only have the 30Mbps plan and puts me through to customer support to change the plan.
I've gone back and forth a couple of times now, so I'm not going to bother calling again.
Any help would be much apprectiated.
