We have Outlook on Office 365 and the emails are not downloading all the time to this program. They are available in Webmail but would prefer them all in Outlook on PC. Is there a setting to be changed?

Hi @Jenkins1935, you can double check your Optus email outlook settings on our → Email support page. If the issue still continues then you are best to speak with our Technical Support team via the → messaging service to assist you further.
