Hello, I setup my 5G broadband using my current email address with my old provider. Optus told me when I purchased this system that they supply email accounts. I called support when I got it going and they gave me "firstname.lastname@example.org" with no password (of course I add my own user name). How do I get a password, as when I try to log into web mail I can't get past the password stage? I have asked Optus support for help, but I may as well be talking to a brick wall as they don't understand what I am trying to ask. This would appear to be such a simple thing, but not for Optus.
Support supply the initial password when setting up an email account so I would be asking for a password reset.
