Email enquiry

I am new to Optus, l would like to change the email that was assigned to me, and I did not choose. How can l set this up.

Just a heads up that we don't have access to customer accounts here on our public forum.

Our help and support page for Email advises that primary account usernames cannot be edited. If you have any further questions about this you can contact the Optus team directly to see if there are other options are available to you.
