Our speed is so slow that we cannot stream, though we are paying for a streaming package. I agree with other posts OPTUS does not give a brass yazoo about its customers. We just had 2-1/2 weeks without mobile service at our home, now this.
After dealing with the mobile issue my advice is not to expect anything from OPTUS but rather head to the Telecommunication Ombudsman.I sent letters to OPTUS customer relations is S A--they were ignored.
I never thought I'd say this but OPTUS is as bad--and possibly worse--than Telstra.
