recveived some sort of dubious accolage for starting a new thread......someone replied and when I clicked the link it ould not open.
I rest my case!
Service levels have definitely taken a hit.
Both our live chat and contact centre are experiencing a much higher volume of enquiries than normal. We've been busier than we'd anticipated over the holiday period and I'm afraid that's led to a large number of customers trying to get through all at once.
