Dropouts and streaming

Been with Optus for a while now and all was ok up until the last 3+months.  Cannot stream from more than one device at a time with constant dropouts and in the past week it’s been every day and night.  Sitting on the phone waiting to talk to someone for up to an hour,  and then to have them tell us the same thing over and over again without fixing anything is getting to be beyond a joke.  Has anyone else had this trouble?

Hi AJ23, sorry about your internet connection issue. How is it now? Were you able to chat with someone in this regards since posting? I would suggest to try some basic troubleshooting first → here and see how you go. If the issue persist then raise it with Tech Support on 131344 (open 24x7) to investigate further. Kartik
