How can i get someone in Optus to turn OFF my home phone Voicemail. Contacted them by phone and received a order reference for the disconnection, but that never happened.
Sen a written complaint with a call back time but that also never happened.
Thre must be someone there in their in the technical department that can turn OFF my voicemail.
