Disconnected service Ref 18443270

Ref 18443270. You disconnected our Cable Internet without notice!!! What are you doing ?? Calls, live chats useless, no feedback!

After more than an hr on phone they are sending a tech on Monday 4 days no internet service.  Technicians were working on the outside pole Thu, internet line dead since then.  If you cut my Cable you must reinstate, I never applied for NBN, no one notified us of any changes in oyr service.  I want compensation for downtime.  I've been a loyal Optus customer for years, very little problems, I don't want to change ISP, I just want my internet back pls.
