Direct debit Setup

Chat is useless. Help line waiting time is far too long . There is no good guidance in the support section. It leads you to login to your account to setup a direct debit, but there is no further link there, other than to fill in a form to take to an Optus office. Surely, there must be a way to do this online!!!!
