Delayed or MIssed Emails

Seem to have problems receiving emails either delayed or not received at all. Have done all the clean up chores to ensure a healthy mailbox but can't seem to resolve the issue. Is there a network issue. I run OPTUS NBN.

Just confirming are you using Webmail or another e-mail client?

If it is Webmail, how long have you been experiencing this? There is another thread about this.
