Dead ADSL2+

I have been waiting for a while to find solution for my adsl2+ I spoke to the optus team about the connection but the solution for them is a new modem. But I don’t need a new modem I personal believe we need a technician in here

We're not really able to do anything about that here on this public forum, suggestion would be to try out the new modem as per their advice and if it does turn out to not be the problem then it should be obvious to them that sending out a tech is the next step.
