We have just moved into a house and tried to get Optus to connect our ADSL but the technician found that the lead-in cables are faulty/damaged and need replacing. When i spoke to Optus they said I had to call Telstra to arrange for them to fix it but then Telstra told me I had to get Optus to contact them to get it fixed becuase these things need to be sorted out between the service providers and it's not something I can request.
Can someone please provide me with a phone number for Optus to get this done? Or has any advice for me?
