I had recently moved houses and had to relocate our home broadband and telephone line. The nbn was installed on friday 17/08/18 and it was working fine for the past couple of days and on the weekend and now got home the wifi connects but there’s no internet. I’ve tried turning off the modem and the nbn and also unplugged it for a while and still nothing and the light is still flashing so i have no clue whats wrong, i haven’t had the chance to contact optus about the issue as i just didn’t want to be passed around to other people and the problem to not be fixed and wait a whole week. so i want to see if someone here can help me. or i’ll go to the store in the morning
