I have just gone to turn the TV on and it has the following error;
Critical Database & Hardware Fault. Restart your Fetch TV Box and if problem persists contact your FetchTV Service Provider.
I have tried restarting a couple of time to know avail, does anybody know how to remedy the problem?

Hey @SarRic, we can look at hooking you up with a warranty replacement in that case: send through a private message with the following information and we'll get that sorted:
- Full name
- Account/phone number
- Are you the account holder? Y/N
