Credit score default

I have been in the pogo ever for 2 weeks trying to get my credit score cleared I own no money’s to Optus I even phone 6 times I. One day now one seems to know what a credit score is as I was even offered the money that was owing back as a credit. If this is not resolved by the end of business today I am lodging a complaint to all the names I have spoken to with the ombudsman.

Forget the names. Just make the complaint to the TIO that Optus have incorrectly tagged you as having a debt and are not resolving the issue. Hopefully that will get them to pass you to someone who can sort it.

Hi Kerrilee13, sorry about your ongoing credit rating issue. Are you sure your credit score was affected by Optus? You can always check your credit rating with any external credit rating agency to confirm. 


Would recommend to speak with our Financial services team directly either via the → messaging service or by calling them on 1300 308 839 - Mon - Fri: 8:30am - 7:30pm, Sat: 9am - 6pm, AEST to look into this before you escalate.
