Anyone else have major speed issues in the evenings? I have been trying to get an answer for weeks but no response. Only answer I get is they are working on it and will call me when it's repaired. I am sick of this. Can't even get a manager to call me.

Optus will then be compelled to have someone contact you directly.
An alternative is to PM a mod here (have your account number and ID handy) and they are usually pretty good at following things up.
