How do you get serious help from Optus ? I have internet and Fetch TV but you can't watch a full show or even read the news on the internet as it is constantly dropping out. I have been live chatting for 4 days now to get this fixed and each time they just reset the line, get me to restart the modem and check the line. Wow, it will then work for about an hour and then drop out again.
Is it better to just cancel all my services and go with another provider ? No-one is interested in giving my a long term solution they just want a quick fix to get me off the call.
This is so frustrating and I have been lied to so many times
