When I check connectivity I see that apart from my normal OPTUS network I'm also connected to Unidentified Network (internet access). Clicking on it gets me nowhere. Should I be seeing this? I'm not tech-minded at all but am having trouble with some aspects of Microsoft and trying to sort it out.
You make no mention of what device you are using when you see this unidentified network. Is this something you see on a laptop or desktop when connected to an Optus service or something you see on your mobile phone. Can you take a screen shot and post it or give a bit more information perhaps?
Thank you Yeldarb, yes this issue is on the desk-top of my PC. Interestingly it's not showing the 'two connections' right now. I have an awful feeling about it all. Next time I see it I'll take a screen shot and post it here. Thanks!
