How do you get someone from Optus to take notice of your complaint and resolve it!!!

Hi, I am trying to get the Fetch box part of my bundle. Only discovered that it had not been orderef. Contacted call centre and a team member said he had now ordered. He gave me an order no but when I try to track it is not there. Received SMS saying it would be 10 to 15 working days before I would receive it and to track with order no sms'ed to me. I have not received any such SMS. I am really regretting switching from Telstra as Optus service seems to be pathetic.

Thanks for confirming. The tracking link is https://optus.startrack.com.au/. The delivery can take up to 10 business days however it's generally delivered within 5. Please let me know if you're unable to track your order using the link I provided.
