Checking mobile broadband data usage

I'm using a prepaid mobile broadband modem. I'm wanting to check my usage but when I try to link the sim number to My Account an error message says the service is not eligible for My Account. The Optus App also is not designed for modem usage. Is there another way to check usage for a prepaid modem? I don't have an Optus mobile phone.

You have to get chat to merge the account into My Account, because the website fails all the time.
