Changing to an unlimited plan

I'm currently on the 200GB Home Wireless Broadband Plan but want to upgrade to an unlimited plan due to the current WFH situation. I am about to go over my plan with 11 days to go and need to make this change soon as it seems we will may be at home for much longer.

How do I request to have this upgraded?

Re: Changing to an unlimited plan

The only mobile network based unlimited service currently on offer is the 5g Wireless Broadband and that is only only in very few selected locations.

You can check coverage here:

https://www.optus.com.au/broadband-nbn/5g-home-broadband/5g-home-broadband-plan

As for 4g - Optus offers a 200Gb and 500Gb Wireless Broadband plan - no unlimited at all.

Re: Changing to an unlimited plan

Have you checked MYACCOUNT to see if an upgrade option is available?

Also perhaps here: https://offer.optus.com.au/fixedrpc/verification/

Otherwise you'll need to phone and wait (and wait) and ask. Or leave a message in the Optus Mobile App.
