Re: Changing Optusnet Password

Hey @Charlotte3121, happy to guide you through this.

  1. Log into My Account with your username

  2. Click "Your Services", select the service, and then click "Settings"

  3. Find "My Optus Email Accounts" and select "Manage Account"

  4. Click "Generate Password" next to the relevant email

  5. A temporary password will be sent to either your SMS or email listed in My Account. If the email is the same as the one you're changing the password for, you'll need to update your contact preferences

  6. Log into OptusNet Webmail using the temporary password

  7. In a new My Account tab, go to "My Optus Email Accounts"

  8. Click "Change Password"

  9. Enter the temporary password in the "Current Password" field

  10. Enter your preferred new password

  11. Click "Change Password"

Let me know how you go!
