Changes to MyOptus Plan

I received 2 emails first on 14/8 ref#175684448A, second on 15/8 ref # 175911919A. I have no idea what they refer to and my bill has increased this month by $13.00.

Please advise what these orders relate to. I have not authorised any changes to my account.
