Change plan

Hi I have a mobile broadband dongle which is not being used and would like to cancel it

You can cancel any time you wish. Depending on your contract status you may incur penalties. Best to contact support via the messaging service to do that.

If you are changing plans you may be able to upgrade to a higher plan without penalties.
