Does anyone know when the change your plan online option will be restored?
The below quote is what has been appearing for weeks now

Hi @Rubofthegreen, I'm really not sure.
We've began migrating fixed broadband services (ADSL & NBN), to our new billing/service platform.
The form is something that's integrated with our legacy platform.
If you do need a hand, I can always help out.
