I cannot get help. Message app still has a message from 23/2/20 which was not responded to by Optus and now no new message can be submitted.
NBN has been inconsistent for 2 months and needs fixing or disconnecting.

If you want to disconnect it this can only be done by contacting Optus on 133 937 during business hours, don't press 1 to be send a link for the Messenger team, hold the line and follow the prompts.
