Cannot get help

I cannot get help. Message app still has a message from 23/2/20 which was not responded to by Optus  and now no new message can be submitted.

NBN has been inconsistent for 2 months and needs fixing or disconnecting.

If you want to disconnect it this can only be done by contacting Optus on 133 937 during business hours, don't press 1 to be send a link for the Messenger team, hold the line and follow the prompts.

That doesn't help me with the messaging issue.

Chat needs to be closed off by Optus.

Also, tried all the help options on the page you suggested, but still not working.
