I have contacted optus through chat, phone and even went to franchise. Just wanted to cancel my ADSL2 service. Chat guys said we dont have chat for ADSL. Phone guys put me on hold for hours. Franchise guy said we are busy. 


Just please cancel the service.

The store can't do it but any LIVECHAT session should be able to handle the end of the contract (ADSL or otherwise)
