Cancellation of service Cable internet difficulty


Hi Optus,

I am trying to cancel my service for cable interenet.

Via phone 1.5 hrs wait, sorry I  can't wait that long

Via chat, we are experiencing hi volumes traffic, please try later

All I need to do is cancel the service 


Please guide me in a fater solution, maybe a call back??

Today might be a bit unusual as Optus seems to be having major internet issues today.


LIVECHAT is 24/7 and just tray again a bit out of usual peak hours and you should be good.


Otherwise write a letter to Optus requesting the cancellation.
