My services contract ends as of today. The next billing cycle is 18 days later. I wanted to discontinue my services with Optus as new lease owner of my apartment has booked in TPG NBN on our apartment this 27th.
I have been waiting on phone for literally 30mins and going on... is there any other alternative to issue the cancellation of my broadband service?
