Hi, just want to ask on how to cancel my wireless internet broadband? I’m on 12 months contract until August and won’t be able to finish it since I’m going overseas on the last week of April. Are there any charges for not finishing the contract? Please can someone help me sort this out. Thank you!
You're best to call them on 133937 to discuss it. There will be a fee but my understanding is it'll be quite low, almost like you're just paying for that last week you would have used if you were here.
