I can't figure out where my broadband account is in my account. I've got a mobile service connected but the broadband account (which was connected a month ago) isn't visible. I have a paper bill that says "Want to save $2.20 every month" on paper bills, but I can't seem to set the preference anywhere...
Any help would be appreciated!
You've given the "add service" tab a shot? You'll need to your service number or username.
If you do receive an error prompt, let us know. We can always link the service to your profile from our end.
