Can't open any emails. I just get the message "Server Error: cannot read - connection closed?" What does this mean and how can I fix it?

Do you still have the same problem today? I do believe there was a mail sever error yesterday that should have been fixed by now.
The issue is on our end. We've raised ticket - 21871455 for this one.
