The free to air services are picked up via your TV antenna so if the signal strength is not strong enough, you may experience the picture quality dropping or not appearing at all. This is particularly the case during bad weather. Just to confirm, have you tried connecting the antenna directly to your TV to see if you're able to view Channel 7?
Can you please try the troubleshooting steps on Fetch free-to-air channels not working to see if they fix your issue?
